Her Divorced Life sells digital products: printable PDF workbooks delivered by instant download. Because you get immediate access to the full file and it can't be "returned", we don't offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major problem, isn't as described, or doesn't do what we said it would, you're entitled to a remedy, which may be a replacement file or a refund.
Something wrong with your download?
If your file won't download, is corrupted, or you bought the same item twice by mistake, email us within 30 days of purchase with your order number and we'll make it right, usually by resending the file or refunding the duplicate.
Bought a single workbook and want the bundle?
Email us within 14 days and we'll help you upgrade to The Divorce Club Bundle, credited for what you've already paid.

These terms apply when you use this website or buy from Her Divorced Life. By placing an order, you agree to them.
1. Education, not advice
Our workbooks and content are general information and education only. They are not legal, financial, tax, mental health or safety advice, and they don't take your personal circumstances into account. Beth is not a lawyer, financial adviser or counsellor, and buying or using our products doesn't create a lawyer-client or any other professional relationship. Always get advice from a qualified Australian family lawyer (and other professionals where relevant) before making decisions.
Our products are written for Australia. If you live elsewhere, laws, processes and costs will differ, so please get local advice.
2. Safety first
Our products assume there is no family or domestic violence, coercive control, intimidation or safety risk. If any of that is present or suspected, please put your safety first: contact 1800RESPECT (1800 737 732) and get individual legal advice before acting. In an emergency, call 000.
3. Digital products and your licence
When you buy a workbook, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to download, print and use it for your own situation. You can print as many copies as you need for yourself. You can't resell, share, upload, distribute or reproduce it (in whole or in part) for anyone else, or use it commercially, without our written permission. All content, design and branding, including The Divorce Club(TM), belongs to Her Divorced Life.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in Australian dollars. We may change prices or discontinue products at any time, but that won't affect an order you've already placed. Discount codes can't be combined unless we say so and may expire.
5. Delivery
Products are delivered digitally. You'll receive a download link by email after payment. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder, then contact us.
6. Refunds
Please see our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Her Divorced Life is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on our content or products. Where our liability can't be excluded, it's limited to re-supplying the product or refunding what you paid for it.
8. Privacy
We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
